There is no delivery charge across Garden Estate and the neighbourhoods immediately around it.
Most local orders go out the same day. If our round is already full we will say so and give you the next slot rather than leave you guessing.
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We come on the same agreed day so you stop having to think about it.
We can often still reach you. Any charge is agreed with you before we set off — never added afterwards.
Free delivery across these neighbourhoods. If yours is not listed, ask — we are extending the round as the business grows, and we would rather tell you honestly than take an order we cannot keep.
We use whatever gets your water there soonest and in one piece. Which one turns up depends on how far you are and how much you have ordered — you do not have to choose.
Our quickest option and the one you will see most often. A rider carries 20L and 10L containers strapped to the carrier, gets through traffic, and reaches gates a vehicle cannot. Best for one or two containers anywhere in the local area.
For offices, apartment blocks, schools and any order too heavy for a bike. The vehicle runs a planned round, so bulk deliveries and standing orders usually come this way on an agreed day.
If you are a few minutes from the plant at Rubis Petrol Station, we simply walk it round. No vehicle, no waiting for a delivery round — often the fastest of the three.
We are on the first floor at the Rubis Petrol Station in Garden Estate. The petrol station is the landmark — if you can see it, you have found us.

We deliver free across Garden Estate and the neighbourhoods around it — Ridgeways, Thome, Marurui, Muthaiga North, Roysambu and the estates along Thika Road — and we are extending our round steadily across Nairobi. We deliver by boda boda, by vehicle, or on foot if you are close by. If you are just outside the area, ask. We will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
