How we are growing the retail side

We are starting with neighbourhood shops and minimarts around Garden Estate to establish demand and a distribution rhythm we can actually keep, then approaching larger Nairobi chains once the retail bottles and packaging are ready. We will supply retailers directly where we can reach them, and work with distributors for wider coverage — first across Nairobi, then other counties as production and transport allow.
